Once a NDIS Plan has been approved, participants can work with Above & Beyond Disability Solutions' Support Coordinators to determine how their funds will be spent and to connect with providers to achieve goals. We look at it as having all the links in your NDIS chain working together to create a strong platform of supports. 

Our Support Coordinators can assist participants with:

  • linking and accessing mainstream, community, informal and provider options

  • negotiating services to be provided and their prices 

  • organising service bookings with preferred providers

  • arranging assessments required to determine the nature and type of funding required

  • liaising with plan managers

  • strengthening participants' capacity to coordinate their own supports
